How to Search for Members – Carrier Guide
Use Member Search to find brokers and other member companies, review their contact information, and open available company details.
Open Search
Click the Search menu to access member searches.
Enter company details
Search using Company Name, City, State/Province, or Phone Number.
Choose Brokers, Carriers, or all active members to narrow or broaden your search.
Adjust your search options
– Search Canadian and US companies: Include member information from Loadlink and DAT. Available with eligible subscription packages.
– Include ‘excluded’ companies: Include companies you previously excluded when they match your search. Leave this unchecked to keep them out of the results.
- Important:
Before booking a load with a broker, search their company name or phone number to confirm they are listed in the Loadlink or DAT network.
View matching companies
Click Submit to display matching companies in the results grid.
Use the navigation controls at the bottom of the screen to browse additional results.
Review a company
Click a matching company to open its General Info page and review the available company and contact details.
Review company information
Click a matching company to open its General Info page and review available contact and company details.
Sort and adjust your results
– Click a column header to sort results by that field.
– Click Fit Columns to adjust column widths when information is cut off.
– Click Reset Columns to restore the default column layout.
Edit your search
Click Edit Search at any time to change your search criteria, then click Submit to view the updated results.
