Understanding the Leads Grid (Carrier)
Use the Leads grid to review loads that match your equipment posting. Compare routes, dates, rates, equipment requirements, company information, and contact details before following up on a lead.
After you create an equipment posting, matching load opportunities appear in the Leads grid. Check the posting information box to confirm which equipment posting’s matches you are viewing.
Leads appear from newest to oldest by default. Select the expand icon beside a lead to view a summary of its details.
Use the Region filter to control which origin and destination regions appear in your results.
The first columns provide shortcuts and company indicators:
– QP: Quick Pay availability. A green dollar-sign icon indicates that the lead is pre-approved for factoring through Riviera Finance.
– Cn: Contacted status. Double-click the phone icon to mark the lead as contacted.
– TC: The company’s TransCredit score.
– Eq: The company’s Equifax score.
– Green indicates Good
– Blue indicates Moderate
– Purple indicates High
– Red indicates Extreme.
Use the distance columns to understand how the lead relates to your posting:
– Dir: Direction
– DFO: Distance from Origin
– LD: Lane Distance
– DFD: Distance from Destination
Review the load’s route and availability:
Date: The load’s available or pickup date.
Orig City: The posted origin city.
ST: The origin state or province.
Dest City: The posted destination city.
ST: The destination state or province.
Compare the load’s rate and equipment requirements with your available equipment:
– Rate/mile: The posted rate per mile, when provided.
– V: The required vehicle or equipment type. Hover over the value to see the full description.
– Size: The required load size, such as TL, LTL, or Both.
– Length: The required equipment length in feet.
– Weight: The load weight in pounds.
– Attr: Additional equipment attributes or services. Hover over the value to see the full description.
Use the final columns to review the company and contact information:
– Company: The broker’s company trade name.
– Email: The preferred contact email.
– Envelope icon: Opens Loadlink’s Connected Email tool so you can email the lead from the platform.
– Posted: The date and time the load was posted.
– Comments: Additional information supplied by the broker.
