What's Moving: The Loadlink Portal
No action is required from you. Everything in your account, Connected Email setup, Security Agent rules, notification preferences, and account settings carries over automatically.
On June 30th 2026, portal.loadlink.ca will be retired, and the tools you’ve been using there are being brought into the Load Board where the rest of your workflow already lives.
Until then, portal.loadlink.ca will redirect you to the Load Board automatically. After June 30th, the portal URL will be retired.
Here’s where to find everything going forward:
- Account settings, Connected Email, and Security Agent have moved behind the gear icon in the top right of the Load Board.
- Member Verification and Fraud Alerts are now part of the notification panel, also in the top right.
- Dispatch stays where it is. It will continue to live at dispatch.loadlink.ca and remains accessible from the login dropdown on loadlink.ca.
- Set the Load Board as your bookmark so you land here directly instead of routing through the portal

Q: Will I lose access to anything during the move?
A: No. Your account, saved settings, Connected Email configuration, Security Agent rules, and notification preferences all carry over automatically. You don’t need to reconfigure anything.
Q: When exactly is portal.loadlink.ca being retired?
A: The portal will retire on 31st July 2026.
Q: What happens if I go to portal.loadlink.ca after that date?
A: The URL will be retired and you’ll need to bookmark loadlink.ca instead.
Q: Where do I find my account settings now?
A: Click the gear icon in the top right of the Load Board. Account settings, Connected Email, and Security Agent all live there.
Q: Where are Member Verification and Fraud Alerts?
A: In the notification panel, also in the top right of the Load Board.
Q: Is Dispatch moving too?
A: Yes. Dispatch itself isn’t changing. It stays at dispatch.loadlink.ca and continues to work exactly as it does today. What’s changing is how you get there. With the portal retiring, Dispatch subscribers should bookmark https://dispatch.loadlink.ca/ directly rather than routing through portal.loadlink.ca.
Q: I had portal.loadlink.ca bookmarked. What should I bookmark instead?
A: Bookmark the Load Board directly. You’ll land there on login without routing through the portal.
